Read more...My husband recently started eating more plant based meals. This is fine for me because I can use a small amount of his meals as a side dish and serve with a larger protein. Honestly I wouldn't have thought a vegetarian and a Keto person could successfully navigate the kitchen but it's gone really really well!

Read more...I love animated movies. They for the most part they are kid friendly and allow me to escape for awhile and keep my mind clean at the same time. Ratatouille is a favorite movie of mine. If you haven't seen it then put it on the calendar because it's definitely worth it! Besides, it will give you a little background on this wonderful dish.
Read more...My Nanny had an incredible garden. When I was growing up she would often make fried yellow squash. It was so good with that cornmeal crust. And sometimes she would put yellow squash in a pot with cheddar cheese and onions. Oh, gosh it was good.
