Ingredients like mipa-borate, ammonium hydroxide, and petroleum gases are not safe for adults much less for kids.
According to the Environmental Working Group, these chemicals can be hazardous to our skin, respiratory, and reproductive system.
But what can be used as an alternative? Essential Oils of course!
*I only recommend Young Living Essential Oils.
Unfortunately most store bought granola has a lot of sugar in the recipe. No matter how organic, non gmo, and "healthy" it is the sugar is just a no go for me. So I've been exploring different recipes and making my own.
